NEW DELHI, Aug 28 (Reuters) - Water in India's main reservoirs rose to 42 percent of capacity on Aug. 27, an increase of 3 percentage points in a week when the level usually rises much faster, government data showed on Friday.
The water level was lower than last year's 63 percent and the 10-year average of 57 percent, the data showed.
