NEW DELHI, Aug 13 (Reuters) - India's vegetable oil imports were 4.3 percent higher in July to 596,024 tonnes from a year ago, a leading trade body said on Thursday.
Imports in the nine months of oil year from November were at 6.4 million tonnes, up from 4.1 million tonnes in the year-ago period, data released by the Solvent Extractors' Association of India (SEA) showed.
